Research On The Quality Of Henan Tourism Industry Development Based On Factor Analysis

With the rapid development of tourism, the quality of tourism industry began to be concerned about the government and scholars. Tourism industry is an important indicator to measure the quality of the tourism industry of its own development and industrial competitiveness. This paper adopts factor analysis to measure the quality of tourism industry development of different provinces. Then we determine the level of quality of its tourism industry through comparative analysis, and put forward the improvement measures to enhance the development of the tourism industry, which has a great effect on tourism industry development and promotion of Henan Province.First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance of the research. What’s more, this paper summarizes the research status of scholars who come from home and abroad in terms of the tourism industry. Finally, this paper defines the definition of the tourism industry and the quality of the tourism industry that the quality of tourism industry development refers to a regional tourism industry implied or reflected in the development process quality levels and development capabilities, and their satisfaction to tourists and other stakeholders based on the research achievement.The main part of the paper constructs an evaluation index system of quality tourism industry. Firstly, the paper analyzes the factors of the quality of the tourism industry, and then constructs a comprehensive multi-level development of tourism industry quality evaluation system drawing on the competitiveness of the tourism industry, industry strength, outstanding tourist city evaluation index, and taking consideration of the aspects of the tourism industry, the industrial structure, industrial operation, product quality, public service and the industrial environment. Finally, this paper adopts the method of factor analysis to simplify its index. And we determine the main factor by calculating the weight of each common factor.The empirical analysis of this paper selected13provinces as the research object, using factor analysis, by comparative analysis to evaluate of the quality of tourism industry development in Henan Province. We evaluate the quality of the tourism industry in Henan Province according to the calculation results of the integrated value, the common factor and classification indicators. The analysis of the results shows that the quality of the tourism industry development in Henan Province is at the middle level, and that there are some problems, such as industrial scale should be improved, tourism industry is unstable, tourism products are lack of competition, the contribution of industry is low, lack of government financial input and so on. And on this basis, the paper proposes to optimize the industrial development environment, to foster tourism industry factors, to improve the quality of tourism products, to improve the regional contribution of the tourism industry, to strengthen the tourism public service system construction and to pay attention to personnel training and so on to enhance comprehensively the quality of tourism industrial development in Henan Province.Finally, the concluding section of this paper summarizes the main conclusions of the research. It also points out the shortcomings of this research, and puts forward the questions that still need to be considered and study for future research, which guides the research orientation in the future.
