The Study On The Development Potential Of Tourism Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Base on the principles of scientific, practical, forward-looking, and so on, the evaluation index system on development potential of the tourism industry is constructed, and it includes four large-scale systems, 32 indicators. According to the statistics from 1997 to 2006 in Heilongjiang Province, the development potential of the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province is evaluated by using the factor analysis and its future development trend of four years is forecasted, the qualitative is researched from the angle of the natural tourism resources, as well as the government's economic support, the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province that has strong potential for development, four measures for mining the development potential of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province is presented in this paper, such as construct the tourism traveling high-quality productions; improve the tourist infrastructure; improve the tourism industry management system; improve the overall quality of tourism personnel.
