Urbanization is the only way to modernization. Urbanization is the importantway to solve the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmers, is a powerfulsupport, promote balanced development among regions is one of the importantgripper expanding domestic demand and promote industrial upgrading, to build awell-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialist modernization hasimportant realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance. Henan ruralpopulation, agriculture more than major, and protection task,"SAN nong" problems,low level of urbanization. Successive henan provincial government attaches greatimportance to the development of urbanization, made arduous efforts to promote thedevelopment of urbanization in henan. Henan province urbanization rate alsoincreased from23.2%in2000to44.3%in2013. The development of urbanization, tomake a large number of rural labor force from the land, how to effectively solve theproblem of this part of the farmers’ employment, is one of the need to properly solveimportant problems.Based on this, the author intends to, from the perspective of the theory ofurbanization and employment, by investigation, visits, questionnaires, consultingprofessionals, access to relevant information, such as combing out now in the processof urbanization in henan province the present situation of rural labor transferemployment, and find out the main problems from the basic status quo, on the basisof this put forward to solve in the process of urbanization in henan province rurallabor transfer employment of countermeasures and Suggestions.Transfer by the end of2012, although the province rural population of more than25million people, but there are nearly6million people of rural surplus labor, has notbeen transferred. In new jobs a year quantity is limited, but under the background ofgrowing competition, how to promote them to find suitable jobs, improve the level ofincome, so as to improve the quality of life, maintain social harmony and stability, isthe main purpose of this article research.This paper concluded that in the process of rapid development of urbanization in henan province, there are still a lot of the transfer of rural labor force in the fierceemployment competition because of age, educational background, experience, skills,such as personal reasons, employment difficulty, even if the job stability is low. Butstill investigate its deep reason, henan industrial supporting ability is limited, thepublic employment service system is imperfect, vocational skills training lowcoverage. The author using cause analysis method, it is concluded that to promoteurbanization in henan province rural labor transfer employment in the conclusion,"hard" while the iron is hot to itself, first of all, to speed up the development of thesecond and third industry in henan province, create more jobs, particularly to theemployment leading role of industrial concentration area, promote the transformingrural labor employment, at the same time encourage self-employment, improve thepublic employment service system, improve the rural transfer of employment trainingsystem, farmers also want to know its own existence insufficiency, improve thecomprehensive quality, to meet the needs of the development of the society. Onlyjoint efforts in many ways, we can guarantee the rural surplus labor to realize fullemployment.
