Analysis On Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Women's Labor Translation During Urbanization In Qingdao

With the advance of urbanization, the transfer and flow of rural women labor force has been the central issue in china's society. As one of timportant groups in the society, rural women labor force has made significant contribution to economic development and human being. Development level of rural women could affect on continuous development of Chinese people as well as urbanization process. The research on the questions of the transfer and flow of rural women labor force can combine quality of life in the short-term with the long-term development, which will provide a way for rural women to be compensated and be of quality to develop in long-term. Promoting the employment of rural women is helpful to solve the "three agricultural problems" and the continuous development of rural economy, which is the basic requirement of building harmonious socialism.Rural women labor force was studied as a vulnerable group in this paper. The resreach is on the basis of literatures of the transfer and flow of rural women labor force in Qingdao. By using the ways of investigation, data analysis and interview, situation and characters of rural women's labor translation in Qingdao were analysized, which show constraints of transfer and flow of rural women labor force. The difference between domestic and foreign patterns in transfer and flow of rural women labor force could provide us these countermeasures in government, society and rural women. These countermeasures will be helpful to build the new mechanisms to promote the transfer and flow of rural women labor force.
