Research On The Development Strategy Of Catch-Up In The Middle Of Zhejiang Crown

During the State’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the new party of Jinhua municipal committee will implement a development strategy of "catch-up development, accelerating the rise of middle of Zhejiang". This decision is basis on the fully analyzing the economic development of Zhejiang province. This development strategy can truly realize or not will far-reaching influent the future economic development of Jinhua. However, the present situation of the economic development of Jinhua which comparing with the whole economic development of Zhejiang province is not dominant, both with the economic problems and industry defects all increase the difficulty of catch-up development. So how to use the opportunity of State’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to accelerate the rise of middle of Zhejiang economy, and realize catch-up development is an heavy responsibility.The full text divides into four parts:The first part analyzes the theoretical basis that the middle of Zhejiang city how to achieve catch-up development. The article through analyzing and researching the theory of resource advantage, advantage of backwardness, catch-up target of regions, balanced and unbalanced growth to laid the theoretical foundation of the article. Secondly through studying the necessity and possibility of catch development of Jinhua, we can see catch-up development strategy is the inevitable choice of economic development. Then through reviewing and analyzing the economic development material of the eleven cities of Zhejiang province and counties of Jinhua, we put forward the goals and tasks of catch-up development. Finally, according to the goals and economy development present situation, we come up with the countermeasures that how to realize the catch development of Jinhua.This text based on the present situation of economic development and location feature of Jinhua, stares with from studying the catch-up development of area economy, analyzing the economy indicators of Jinhua, we put forward the goal, task and corresponding development countermeasures of catch-up development for Jinhua, then this paper proposes the countermeasure about the "innovative combine" and "airborne embedded style" of the resources. Through the "innovative combine" to achieve the supernormal development, and through the "airborne embedded style" to breed new growth pole that cultivate the explosive growth of the economy. We realize the catch-up development of Jinhua via those ways eventually. Therefore, this paper has an important practical significance.
