Collaborative research-based knowledge sharing and innovative organizational models are mainly three types:business-led technology development organization model to universities, research institutions as the leading technology transfer organization model to build a government-led economic entity organizational model. Effective functioning of innovation and research collaborative knowledge sharing needs with a range of ancillary support system and operational mechanism. Include:government guidance and policy support; establish a risk investment mechanism; build science and technology intermediary service system.Research collaborative innovation in knowledge sharing knowledge sharing operating mechanism is an important guarantee for the smooth conduct plays a vital role in the knowledge sharing process.
