Knowledge Sharing Considered The Multidi-mensional Attributes Of Knowledge And Its Governance Model In Collaborative Product Innovation

As a new open innovation,collaborative innovation is an innovation organization comprising enterprises,users,colleges and universities,research institutions,and government,which goal is to achieve production innovation.It effectively promotes different heterogeneous bodies who are from different disciplines,sectors and organizations to deeply cooperate and collaborate,and provides an effective way for the industrial upgrading of the post-crisis-era enterprises.Knowledge sharing,as the most important essence of collaborative innovation,is an interactive process of private/shared knowledge sharing among heterogeneous bodies,and further forming of knowledge creation and value overflow.However,knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation involves a diversity of heterogeneous body and a diversity of interest,and the multidimensional attribute of knowledge.And by which,the level of knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation is far away off goal expected.Many researches considerated knowledge attribute have deeply studied,but fail to considering intellectual property laws that are increasingly strengthened and rigorous have result the change of the connotation and extension of knowledge attribute,and give to its expansion.Thereby,which has an important impact for heterogeneous body of collaborative innovation on knowledge sharing.Therefore,this paper based on the perspective of social attributes of knowledge,analyzing attributes of knowledge from those of law,innovation,external and commodity under property and patent protection,and characterizing its characteristics.Then,revealing the impact mechanism that such attributes to the collaborative innovation knowledge sharing.On this basis,this paper defines the conception and characteristics of knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation,analyses internal and external driving factors of knowledge sharing on collaborative innovation,and analyses the obstacles of knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation from a diversity and heterogeneity of heterogeneous body,the pluralism of interest demands,and the over-protection of knowledge.In particular,there discussion on synergistic interactions between heterogeneous bodies on knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation,and elaboration for three protective principles achieved to knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation,which will help us understand relationship related synergistic interaction between heterogeneous bodies in knowledge sharing of collaborative innovation.Through building and analyzing the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing of collaborative in-novation,which better guides us to draw out of some measures that enhance knowledge sharing willingness and level for heterogeneous bodies.Finally,building the knowledge sharing governance model based on contract,constitution and trust(CCT)in collaborative innovation,and analyzing the governance model positive role in height,breadth and depth of knowledge sharing to suppress the adverse effects of external attributes and legal attributes.And improving knowledge sharing environment and enhancing the level of trust and knowledge sharing among heterogeneous body by this,thereby maximizing the commodity attributes of overflow innovation value of knowledge.
