Foxconn workers jump event in a row raised public concern about the new generation of workersand Foxconn enterprises. Foxconn is labor-intensive enterprises, with nearly one million workers in China, most of the labor is the new generation of migrant workers. August2010, Foxconn settled in Zhengzhou, recruiting nearly200,000new-generation workers in just two years. These are the characteristics of the newgeneration of workers, aged between20-30years old, higher education, and some workers with a collegedegree or above. About half of Xinzheng Foxconn workers return from the outside of Henan Province;third of Zhengzhou occupational mobility of labor; flow to one-sixth of the province Xinzheng Foxconnworkers. From the perspective of registration place, the farther the distance prefecture-level city ofXinzheng less labor, labor distribution in Henan Province, showing a " ring gradient."Foxconn moving to the interior of China is just a microcosm of industry in coastal areas to centraland western areas of migration. Due to labor shortage and rising labor costs, some industries in coastalareas (mainly labor-intensive industries) transfer to the central and western regions, the concomitantdemand for labor is transferred, the transfer of labor demand triggered a shift of labor supply space thatelements of the regional labor mobility. Mobile workforce in these areas are mostly western to easterncoastal areas of labor, most of them are low-end jobs. The labor market is segmented, and the rural migrant workers in the secondary labor market withhigh mobility. Wage gap between different areas of the labor market caused by the regional labor mobility. From the micro perspective of individual workers, labor mobility decisions of individuals affected not onlywages, but also by age, education level, skill level and other factors in human capital and take care ofaffected families, educate their children and other family factors. This paper argues that labor is not basedon personal income maximization, but on individual utility maximization make flow decisions. Distance "is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of individual workers, the distance"(referring to theirplaces of origin and workers in the distance) to shorten the increase is greater than the utility of lowerwages reduce the effectiveness of labor will increase the effectiveness of the place to make it flow.Human capital factors affect migration through its income effect, and the accumulation of human capital improves possibilitiy of employment when they want to get labor higher income levels,in order toobtain a high level of wages to occupationally mobile. In the occupational mobility of labor, they also getwork experience and occupational mobility of labor tend to be the pursuit of higher wages. In this paper,we use research data of Xinzheng Foxconn, analysis of factors affecting the level of wage labor, andincome effect of human capital and career mobility by Logit regression. The results show that education isthe accumulation of human capital of the most important ways for human resource capital income effect thegreatest contribution. The new generation of workers own the higher the education level, the higher thelevel of wage income they will get. Human capital accumulation formed of the work experience has theincome effect. The longer time more they work outside, the income effect of human capital accumulationwill be more obvious. Occupational mobility also has an income effect, frequency of job conversion on theimpact of labor wage becomes inverted "U" shape.
