| As the first productive force, science and technology come to be critical factor for comprehensive national strength measurement. Especially financial crisis made countries invest capital into science development.To enhance undeveloped areas’scientific and technical support system and adequate arena for support and leading function of science and technology are propitious to economic structural adjustment, industrial upgrade, economy development delayed effection and the-leap-forward development of economy in undeveloped areas. To establish an objective and effective scientific and technological support to economic development evaluation index system will be favor for economic development evaluation and system analysis the influence factor of science and technology supporting system of economic development. All of these strategies are vital to strengthen scientific and technical support system.Our research based on theories related to economic development, innovation system and scientifc-technological supporting system and used for reference from technological innovation investigation report in Jiangxi, so as to build a model about technology supported economic development system in owe develop area. This model contains knowledge innovation support system, technology innovation support system, achievement transformation support system, and technology environment support system. Then we selected28indexes from the4systems to build owe develop areas technology evaluation system. Using entropy evaluation method, we performed longitudinal comparison with related date from Jiangxi during2009to2012and horizontal comparison with the dates from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Jiangxi and Yunnan during2008to2012, so that we can estimate the level of technology support in Jiangxi.
