The Performance Evaluation And Improvement About Turbocharger Assembly Line In A Machinery Factory

With the rapid development of global economy, science and technology leaping, the change of market demand, the competitions of enterprises at home and abroad are gradually intense, enterprise's competitions focus mainly on the cost, quality, delivery, service, etc. Thus enterprises urgently need to introduce industrial engineering and other advanced theories and methods to evaluate and improve production line, improve the production efficiency of enterprises, reduce the cost of the products, high profit, so that ensure enterprise long-term sustainable development goals.By assessing and improving assembly line in the case of little investment or not, which can effectively improve the production of assembly line, reduce waste of working hours, decrease labor costs, improve the competitiveness of a company, therefore it has been widely attracted the attention by enterprises.Aiming at the turbocharger assembly line in a factory, this paper establishes an assessment method and improves the production line based on the evaluation results. The concrete research content and main research achievements are as follows:(1) Using the theory of relative important degree, based on the questionnaire survey about the experts and skilled operators, establishing the assessment factor of the assembly line;(2) Proposes an evaluation model of assembly line;(3) Obtains the weights of each evaluation factor;(4) Establishes the dimension functions of each evaluation factor, obtaining parameter values of each function by experiment;(5) For the balance factors of assembly line, proposes the balance improving methods and compares the assembly line effectiveness with previous assembly line;(6) On the basis of observation and interview, using the unique function of AVS Video Editor soft, obtains action improvement measures of each work station;(7) From the perspective of qualitative, puts forward a method to alleviate fatigue;(8) The improvement methods of the assembly line operation environment are put forward.Finally, according to the assessment result, the improved measure on action system of ten stations is obtained, the specific measure is obtained to improve the balance among different stations, and the improved method is explored to decrease the fatigue of operators, by carrying out research on the ways to improve the assembly line performance.
