| Equipment manufacturing industry is the core sector of the manufacturing industry,and the technology innovation is the key to break the predicament of the low strength of research and development and low-value chain in China’s equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the analysis of the related theories and current situation of the technology synergy innovation in China’s equipment manufacturing industry,this paper uses the methods of system analysis,normative analysis,and the synergy degree model of composite system,data envelopment analysis model,MATLAB simulation model and other quantitative analysis methods and the empirical analysis method,try to reveal the mechanism of equipment manufacturing technology synergy innovation,and analyze the synergy degree,the factors affecting the performance,innovation performance level and performance improvement path which are under the mechanism.Firstly,the current situation of technology innovation and the technology synergy innovation system of the equipment manufacturing industry was analyzed,which based on the combing of the concept,characteristics and the theoretical basis of the technology synergy innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the complex system theory,the technical synergy innovation mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry is proposed by driving force mechanism,resource supply mechanism,the dual technology synergy mechanism and the cooperation incentive mechanism,and analyzes the interrelationship and the causal relationship of the mechanism.The synergy degree of the technology synergy innovation mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry is evaluated by using the synergy degree model of composite system.It is found that the synergy degree of driving force mechanism and resource supply mechanism is relatively high in the four sub-mechanisms,and the synergy degree of the dual technology synergy mechanism is the lowest.In the seven sub-sectors,the three sub-sectors of the general equipment manufacturing,special equipment manufacturing,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industries have higher synergies,and the synergy degree of the transportation equipment manufacturing,computer communications and other two sub-sectors of electronic equipment manufacturing industries are low.Secondly,the structural equation model is used to analyze the factors influencing the technical synergy innovation performance of the equipment manufacturing industry.The key influencing factors include the government driving force in the driving force,the human supply in the supply of resources,the capital supply,the technical service and the government support,the reciprocal cooperation and policy incentives in the synergy incentives,and the results show that the dual synergy model has no significant effect on the technical synergy innovation performance of the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the data envelopment analysis model,according to the input-output relationship of the key influencing factors,the technology synergy innovation performance of the equipment manufacturing industry is evaluated by the composite DEA model which Composed of the technical efficiency value,the pure technology efficiency value,the scale efficiency value and the investment resource shadow price,get the performance evaluation results under the key factors.On the basis of these,the results of synergy degree evaluation are introduced to obtain the results of innovation performance under duality.Through the results of performance evaluation in two modes,it is suggested that the performance level should be improved from the two aspects of optimizing dual technology collaborative innovation networks of the equipment manufacturing industry and further strengthening the government guiding force.Finally,two paths was promoted systematically to improve technology synergy innovation performance of the equipment manufacturing industry,and some suggestions for the development of the whole industry and each sub-industry of the equipment manufacturing industry was put forward which under the two paths.One hand is to optimizing dual technology synergy innovation network,and The dual technology collaborative innovation network structure is analyzed separately from three aspects of main body element network linkage,the value choice of supply chain management and technology strategy choice.The other hand is to strengthen the government force,according to the results of MATLAB simulation,the government force type of the sub-sectors will be summarized as "comprehensive force-complex growth","policy incentives-steady growth"," government support-wave growth " three types.On the basis of these,it put forward the performance improvement measures of the equipmentmanufacturing industry and its sub-industry respectively. |
