The aim of optimizing the resources distribution of rural labor force is that, onthe one hand, a large number of rural labor force are transferred to non-agriculturalindustry, which relieves the contradictions of rural people much less, increases farmersincome and promotes agricultural modernization level; On the other hand, providing alarge number of low-cost labors in young adults can get development of industrializationand urbanization, labor comparative advantage, undertaking industrial transfer, promotingindustrial agglomeration, thus creating industry coordinated development, reasonabledistribution of population, directly promotes agricultural modernization to lead in newtown, new industrialization and new urbanization coordinated development level.This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction. This paperselects topic background, basic, significance and research status and the research content,research status for possible innovation point of this article. The second part is mainly onthe basis of forefathers research, the definition of the concept of the overall development ofindustrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the rural labor force, and thedetail between the overall development of industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization and rural labor force allocation mechanism, it is concluded that the overalldevelopment of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization is thepowerful guarantee for the rural labor force optimization allocation, at the same time, therural labor force optimization allocation is the only way to reach the overall development of industrialization; This paper expounds the meanings of the system coordination at thesame time for this article using the system and synergy theory.
