The Research On Development Path And Countermeasures Of New Energy In Jilin Province

At present,the new energy industry is one of the important index to evaluate the high-tech development level of a country or a region,but also the highest strategic target of the new round of international competition.The development of new energy industry can not only bring about great economic benefit,also have important significance to optimize the energy security and the environment.And there are significant social benefits etc.. Therefore,the developed countries and regions have the development of new energy industry as an important measure to comply with the trend of science and technology and promote the industrial structure.China’s energy is limited.The development of new energy can not only solve the problem of energy crisis,but also can make a great contribution to our national economy.Jilin province’s development of new energy industry has been in a relatively weak in China.This article’s discussion of the Jilin province’s new energy development path and countermeasures has a extraordinary significance to improve the economic transition of Jilin Province.The first two chapters firstly summarize research status at home and abroad of the new energy industry. secondly they determine a definition of the new energy industry,and finally discuss the theories of the new energy industry at home and abroad,for example,the characteristics,the development trend and the key elements of new energy industry.The three and four chapters respectively analyze the development situation and key elements of new energy in Jilin province in detail.The paper refers to the domestic and foreign development experience about new energy.Combined with the development status and SWOT analysis of new energy in Jilin Province,we know the development emphasis and difficulty of new energy in Jilin Province.It also provides a great help to study the development path of new energy in Jilin province.In this paper,we use the IOWA operator and the group decision analysis methods to select the ascendant new energy industry in Jilin Province,and we also though using the questionnaire,correlation analysis and expert scoring methods to analyze the market demand,the industrial target,the development bottleneck and the research and development needs of energy industry in Jilin Province.Finally we draw the appropriate technology roadmap to help the new energy in Jilin province. In the last it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of the development of new energy industry in Jilin Province,which provides favorable measures and guarantee from different angles for the development of new energy industry in Jilin province.
