At present, the key to promote the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" economicstrength is the industrialization of agriculture leading enterprises. In the timing of the agriculturalindustrial structure upgrading, it is very important for agricultural enterprises to consider how tomaintain their competitive advantage and improve their superiority, especially the Grain ReservesCorporation in North China which is a agricultural enterprises after the conversion of army needs toconsider a problem. The source of enterprise to create sustainable competitive advantage is theimplementation of the scientific human resource management. Therefore, it is important practicalsignificance for the scientific human resource management of the company.Currently, organization mode, operation mechanism of agricultural enterprises, and the mechanismof interests with farmers have been researched a lot. However, both domestic scholars and foreignscholars pay less attention on human resources management issues, especailly for grain storageagricultural enterprise. The company such as the grain storage company in the north being combinedwith human resource management problems, combining theory with practice and using the theoreticalknowledge to guide practice, which is the need of theoretical research and can solve talent shortageproblems in agricultural enterprises such as the grain storage in the north company. Only in this way canrealize the sustainable development, which is the main purpose of this study.Sulotion in this paper mainly adopts literature research and investigation method, combining withthe characteristics of agriculure enterprise personnel management at home and abroad and comparingthe advantages and disadvantages of them both. Combining grain storage in the north, specific issuesspecific analysis, points out the current situation of the enterprise development, and human resourcesmanagement system reform to adapt to the enterprise development. Resreachs are mainly on the contentof the enterprise human resources management, characteristics, as well as the current managementstatus of Chinese enterprises, and analyzes the future development of enterprise human resourcesmanagement.Firstly, this paper introduces the back view, purpose, meaning righteousness, the main contents inresearch, technical route and research methods, as well as human resource management theory.Secondly, the theoretical basis of agricultural enterprise human resources management and the futuredevelopment trend of agricultural enterprises are analyzed. Finally it investigates the present situation innorthern company human resources management, including the basic situation, human resources,structure characteristics and the basic practice of human resource management in grain storage companyin the north of China. We analysis the internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threatsto the grain storage company in the north to sresearch its human resources management. And accordingto the causes of the problems, we analyze the issue and put forward ideas and Suggestions to humanresources management system in the grain storage company in northern.The agriculture enterprise should set up the scientific talent and establish human resource strategy, strengthen the education and train talent resource configuration optimization, improve themechanism of introducing talents to ensure sustainable development of the talent team of the enterprises,improve human resources management mechanism and effective incentive mechanism, and buildadvanced enterprise culture and management idea.These are all practical methods which are olidfoundation for the enterprise future development strategy.The human management idea of agriculture enterprise can be divided into two aspects: Firstly, thematerial aspect, including the treatment of employees working allowance, working conditions, theimprovement of living conditions, training, etc., which meet the material life of employees; secondly,mental health, including the improvement of the cultural atmosphere, letting everybody together,improming the employee spiritual incentive and so on, which arouse the enthusiasm and creativity ofstaff. Finally, analysis focuses on one point which is to fully implement the thought of people-oriented,and implement it to the actual work of each link. Managers must establish a concept that talent is theultimate source of enterprise development.Futherfore, agriculture enterprise reform should not pursuit of the modern management idea blind,leaving the traditional management ideas away and putting forward aggressively.According to their ownconditions, conditions, we should analyze the specific issues such as the comprehensive quality ofenterprise managers and understanding of staff, the company overall execution and so on.The enterpriseshould make good planning,one step at a time, conforming the human management strategy to developethe enterprise resource strategic. Let the agriculture enterprise manpower resource management systemgradually perfect, which is the escort for the agriculture enterprise future development.
