With the accelerating process of global economic integration and the arrival of knowledge economy age, human resources have gradually become core resource in a company. But the managerial concepts and methods of most Chinese national enterprises are far behind the foreign enterprises, even nongovernmental enterprises. After China's entrance to WTO, human resources competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. So the human resource management of national company will be faced with more challenges.The essay is based and related to a national largest-scale economic entity, which involved in chemical production and management. Though in the past 30 years Jiangxi Changhe Autonobile Co., LTD has made great progress, the human resource management has been run in traditional personnel management all the times and has not founded the positive mechanism of human resource management and development. With the organizational restructuring, the author will make some research and investigation relating to the problems in the company such as how to establish a set of scientific and efficient training system, how to found a set of justice performance appraisal system and how to design a set of incentive compensation system, etc. The essay will analyze the situation of the company's human resource management and put forward some rational advices and practical measures.I hope the essay will give some reference valuable advices of the human resource management reform for the congener industrial companies in China.
