Study On Agriculture Development Countermeasure Of Tobacco Of Jian’ning

As one of the pillar industries of agriculture in China, tobacco is also an important source ofnational finance income at the same time. It has important practical significance for jianning county astobacco area to explore the effective development mode of tobacco agriculture and improve tobaccofarmers’ income, increase the finance revenues of government, speed up the pace of the development ofagriculture and rural area and ensure the sustainable development of tobacco production.This article has made the detailed investigation and research in the agricultural industry of jianningcountry and the tobacco production. To be specific, it includes the research of the natural environmentconditions of Jianning country and the development status of agricultural industry of flue-cured tobacco,lotus seeds, rice and so on and the research of the condition of modern tobacco agriculture pilot in2009-2011and the research of the construction of the base unit in2012.To develop the production offlue-cured tobacco in Jianning effectively, this article has made such explorations: the best plantingscale, the training of the professional tobacco farmers, the realization approach of mechanization, theapproach of information management. At the same time, this article puts forward main countermeasuresfor the development of the modern agriculture of the tobacco area in Jianning:1Develop the moderate scale cultivation. Due to the reality that Jianning county belongs to hillyarea, the cultivated land presents ladder-like and the unit area of cultivated land is small what effect themechanization work, and the artificial inputs is big. What’s more, the labor cost is not low. So labor costis one of the maximum costs of the flue-cured tobacco production. From the view of benefitmaximization, Jianning county should keep the scale around1.33hectares.2Train professional tobacco farmers. Jianning county is facing a serious situation that tobaccofarmers are aging with surprising speed, so training professional tobacco farmers is a necessary choice.For one aspect, tobacco farmers should be chose with a series of factors, such as the age structure, theknowledge level, the production technology level. For the other aspect, tobacco farmers should betrained to improve the quality. For the last aspect, the team of tobacco farmers should be stabilized withbenefit farming policy.3Promote appropriate machine for tobacco. From the point of the current situation, the overallmechanization degree is low in flue-cured tobacco production in Jianning country. The main reason isthat there is no use of appropriate machine. So the machines for tobacco such as the ridging fertilizercoating machine and banking machine should be promoted vigorously.4Strengthen the management of informatization. There are some questions in the informationsystem in Jianning country, such as the information can not be updated timely, the amount ofinformation is small and there is not too much availability.
