The Impact On Inbound Tourism Of China’s Coastal Provinces And Cities From International Relations

With the deepening of globalization, international tourism was developed rapidly,but the research on International Relationship and Tourism don’t get the attention itdeserves. International Relationship is the important factor that influence inboundtourism, and Coastal provinces and cities are the main inbound tourism destination ofchina, therefore, it is very important to research the impact on inbound tourism ofchina’s coastal provinces and cities from international relations.Taking coastal provinces and cities of china as the range of study and china’sinternational relations including China-South Korea relations, Sino-Japaneserelationship, Sino-U.S. Relation and Sino-Russian relations as the breakthrough point,based on Matthews Theory and Tourism Background Line Theory, building the modelof Background line of Tourist traffic and Quarter-on-Quarter Growth, and based onthe conceot of Background Anomaly, qualitatively and quantitatively measure theimpact of events of International Relations on the inbound tourism of coastalprovinces and cities of china, and make a conclusion to the regular. The mainresearch content is as follows:(1)Analysis of the current situation, advantage and tourism market of inboundtourism of coastal provinces and cities of china. Divided the coastal provinces andcities of china into Bohai Rim, Yangtze River Delta and the Pan-Pearl River Delta,and analesed the tourism resources situation, inbound tourism development andeconomic level respectively, then analesed the advantage of inbound tourismdevelopment and give a brief overview of toutiam market.(2)Analysis of the influence factor of inbound tourism of coastal provinces andcities of china. Based on the research of influence factor of inbound tourism by other scholars, concluding the influence factor of inbound tourism of coastalprovinces and cities of china, and analysed the relationship between InternationalRelations and Inbound Tourism.(3)Analysis of the background of the changes in International Relations.Analyzed the changes of China-South Korea relations, Sino-Japanese relationship,Sino-U.S. Relation and Sino-Russian relations, and concluded the events thatinfluenced Inbound Tourism.(4)Research on the influence to inbound tourism of coastal provinces and citiesof china of events of International Relations. By building the model of Backgroundline of Tourist traffic and Quarter-on-Quarter Growth to analyze the influence of thechanges in International Relations to inbound tourism of coastal provinces and citiesof china, and analyzed the influence of events of International Relations to inboundtourism of coastal provinces and cities of china based on Background Anomaly.The results are as follows:(1)The inbound tourism of China’s coastal provinces and cities is sensitive tocrisis events of international relationship.(2)The international political relations is the fundamental factors that affectinbound tourism of China’s coastal provinces and cities.(3)The change of international overall economic situation had a greater influenceto inbound tourism of China’s coastal provinces and cities.(4) The international cultural exchange events promote the development ofinbound tourism.
