After making these preparations, combined with the characteristics of green supply chain is constructed to adapt to our green supply chain performance evaluation based on the value level, internal business processes, customer service levels, green level, leaning and innovation capacity in these five areas index system, and on this basis AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined, raised level-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to achieve the combination of theory and practice, this article will level-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the practical application of Sinotrans Logistics Development Co, a green supply chain performance evaluation, obtained scores of each index, and low score were analyzed indicators presented suggestions for improvement.
