| In the modern and future society, enterprise competition has become and willbecome the competition of intelligence. Personnel management has been transformedinto human resource development and management. Human resources developmentincludes two aspects, one is making use of human, the other is educating human,make use of personnel while educating them. The enterprise has become a meltingpot of raising talent and motivating potentials. Each company makes every attempt totraining talents--not only including the training of their own employees, but alsotalents who are concerned with the enterprises (the upriver and downstream clientsand so on). Through the training, it can forge the talents and improve their ability. So,training, production and sales have become equally important work, and it is not onlyrelated to the present enterprise, but also the future of enterprises. How to manageenterprises’ sales and production work and other aspects of management have rule tobe based, from past to now,. But for the modern Chinese enterprises, especiallyprivate enterprises, how to manage the enterprise training is a new topic. Althoughthere are several documents discussing this topic from in the academic and industrialcircles from different aspects, a comprehensive discussion of this topic researchresults are rare. According to the management theory, combined with his experienceof charging the private enterprise training center, summarizing experience, I write theessay LH Group Enterprise Training Management Research, in order to explore thenew management strategies. The main contents are divided into four aspects:Firstly, the paper compares the present situation of domestic and foreignenterprises training, and focuses on the analysis of the misunderstandings andproblems existing in the training of Chinese enterprises.Secondly, the paper expounds the basic concept and content of enterprise training,through the analysis of the theory, tries to find the suitable enterprise training learningmethod.Then, based on the analysis of enterprise training management theory, in view of the present situation of LH group training management, the paper designs theintegrated system of LH group training management at the present stage.Facing to the future competition environment, LH training management systemstill has need for improvement and innovation. In the actual practice, in the overallplanning of LH group business development strategy, I hope that trainingmanagement continue to play the positive and effective role in human resourcesdevelopment with the strategic and tactical level through practice and continuousimprovement. |
