Potential Of Rural Construction Land Remediation In Mingshan Of Ya'an

In recent years,contradiction between population and land increasingly severe,and rural construction land remediation is one of the effective ways to dynamic equilibrium of the total arable land,and to improve the quality of life of farmers.This paper summarizes the research aspects of rural construction land remediation and abroad,based on the use of relevant theories,combined with the actual situation in Mingshan specifically,through field research,laboratory analysis,shows that Mingshan existing per capita arable land is 0.061 hm~2,down from Sichuan average,farmland protection and development of the construction of the contradictions highlighted the need for rural construction land remediation potential of research.By analyzing the Mingshan rural construction land remediation potential influencing factors,we can see the potential for improvement is mainly affected by the economic,social and land resources of three factors.On this basis,select the rural population,the rural labor force engaged in non-agricultural population,per capita net income of farmers,urbanization growth rate,per capita total power of agricultural mechanization,chemical fertilizers total physical volume,per capita arable land per capita rural residential area of eight indicators as evaluation factor,to build rural construction land remediation potential evaluation model uses of AHP.Theoretical potential construction land per capita is estimated on the basis of the standard method of using the potential of rural construction land remediation evaluation model constructed to calculate the coefficient tapping,then tapping the potential coefficient of the correction of the theoretical potential to get realistic potential,while the use of GIS spatial analysis method to Measure the planning potential of the region,the status of Mingshan's rural settlements layers and layers of rural residential planning overlay analysis,obtained planning potential.The measure,Mingshan 2011-2020 rural construction land remediation theoretical potential value of1229.2 hm~2,realistic potential value of 848.15 hm~2,while estimates based on GIS spatial analysis out of the Mingshan rural construction land remediation potential value of 610.84 hm~2.Finally,cluster analysis to the evaluation of the potential results.Although the potential of rural construction land remediation calculated by two methods,there are some differences,differences mainly reflect the potential size of the sort in some towns,this is more due to the urbanization strategy,positioning,and the economic strength of the main functions of the reasons for Mingshan.But in the long run,the difference between the two will be gradually reduced.Mingshan2011-2020 rural construction land remediation potential release of between 600-850hm~2.
