Research On Balanced Development Of Urbanization With Chinese Characteristics And New Type Industrialization

With the rapid economic and social development in China, urbanization with Chinesecharacteristics and new type industrialization are a source of power to promote Chineseeconomic and social development. With new circumstance and background, to promotebalanced development between urbanization with Chinese characteristics and new typeindustrialization, is not only the course that can advance urbanization with Chinesecharacteristics and new type industrialization respectively but also the assistant power toachieve Chinese economic and social development strategies’ goal, which is the necessityto do research on balanced development between urbanization with Chinese characteristicsand new type industrialization. This paper mainly analyzes this issue into four parts. Thefirst part is to state connotations and features of urbanization with Chinese characteristicsand new type industrialization respectively as well as their relationships, based oncommons about theories of urbanization and industrialization in and aboard. The secondpart is to discuss theories of balanced development between urbanization with Chinesecharacteristics and new type industrialization. The third part is to analyze what is in theway to promote balanced development between urbanization with Chinese characteristicsand new type industrialization, and their causes. The last part is to provide measures topromote balanced development between urbanization with Chinese characteristics and newtype industrialization, for example, to reform the Urban-Rural Dual System can create abetter systematic base for balanced development between urbanization andindustrialization so that their quality can be enhanced by removing major structural barriers,as a reference on development of characterized urbanization and new typeindustrialization.
