Research On New Type Urbanization Construction Route With Chinese Characteristics

The Central Urbanization Working Conference held at the end of 2013 made a very incisive exposition on the significance of urbanization in China.The exposition stated: “Urbanization is the only way to modernization.Promoting urbanization is an important way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.The strong support for the promotion of regional coordinated development is an important starting point for expanding domestic demand and promoting industrial upgrading.It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialist modernization."After more than 60 years of exploration and repeated practice,urbanization in China has made tremendous progress.These advances are reflected in various aspects of social economy,politics,culture,and life.However,due to the influence of historical factors,local government distorted construction concepts and peasants' traditional ideas and concepts,China's urbanization has encountered a series of problems such as incomplete urbanization,unsustainable urbanization development model,and backward industrialization..In order to enhance the leading role of urbanization in China's economy,China's economic growth will be enhanced.Based on the Marxist theory of urbanization and the theory of urbanization of the Communist Party of China,this article draws lessons from the successful experiences and failure lessons of foreign urbanization,analyzes the current situation of urbanization in China,and puts forward the goal and needs of China's urbanization construction.Several relations have been dealt with,and suggestions have been made for the construction of urbanization in China: First,the new urbanization construction should adhere to the five major development concepts,namely adherence to innovative ideas,persist in coordinating concepts,adhere to green ideas,adhere to open ideas,and adhere to shared ideas.Second,the new type of urbanization should achieve the diversification of the main building and change the government-led urbanization promotion mechanism in the past.The third is to improve the industrial support of new urbanization construction.First of all,innovation must be adopted to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.In this process,the protection of traditional industries cannot be ignored.Second,it is necessary to promote agricultural modernization and use modern science and technology to arm agricultural development.The new type of agricultural management subject;once again promoting the new type of industrialization,and achieving a benign interaction between industrialization and urbanization,this needs to improve China's ability of independent innovation,open up the market,free flow of various market factors;and finally accelerate the development of modern service industry,improve external The opening level will break the dual urban-rural structure and reduce the barriers to the development of the service industry.According to different city scales,different types of modern service industries will be developed.Fourth,the specific path for the new type of urbanization construction was proposed,including the promotion of regional planning and administrative division policies,attempts to reform the system and institutional innovation,adherence to ecological civilization and intensive and efficient,and protect urban characteristics in four aspects.
