The era of knowledge economy’s arrival, has brought new challenges to thedevelopment of enterprises, human resources management for the enterprise highlights thegrowing importance, and in human resources management, how to improve the quality ofpersonnel, training is an important way and means, training can effectively improve theenterprise’s human capital stock, therefore, employees training more and more attention byenterprise. Wide application of competency model in human resource management, bringsa new idea for staff training. In the human resource management, the quality model canaccurately depict the basic qualities of a staff have, but in the staff training, quality andability in an accurate grasp of the staff level, can be targeted to the development of thetraining content, thus effectively improving the training effect.For a long time in the enterprise training, more for the training of management, mostenterprises ignore the grass-roots staff training, and the grass-roots employees as keyenterprise strategy can effectively landing executor, their quality will directly affect theeffective implementation of a corporate strategy objectives.Chongqing Kang Tian Properties Limited is a Chongqing real estate group directlyunder the state-owned real estate development enterprises, as the company continueddevelopment, staff continue to grow, the proportion of employees is also more and morebig, but long-term since Kang Tian companies do not pay attention to basic level employeetraining, training and does not take into account the needs and characteristics of the qualityof staff itself. And the grass-roots staff quality will directly affect the efficiency ofenterprises. In this paper, Kangtian real estate company employees as the research object,the theories of competency model and training together, investigated and analyzed thepresent condition of Kang Tian company existing staff training and the existing problems,grasping at the grassroots level staff training and what factors will affect the establishmentof training system, influence and these factors on employee training base, and on this basisto help the company staff training system design of the onion model based on companylevel, provide a strong support for the future development of the company...
