As the most important way to train talents in modern enterprises,training plays a vital role in the development of enterprises.The training of new employees has laid a solid foundation for building a successful team and enhancing the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises.Real estate intermediary industry started late in China,and now it has a strong momentum of development,and has shown a strong potential for development and broad growth space.At the same time,sales talents are one of the most scarce types of talents in modern enterprises.How to possess a group of high-quality and professional sales talents has become the key factor for the success or failure of various real estate intermediary enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to establish a training system for newly recruited salesmen in line with the development of the enterprise.As a private real estate intermediary enterprise,Hebei Lianjia Real Estate Company has many problems,such as low educational background,uneven comprehensive quality,lack of basic sales knowledge,frequent turnover of personnel,etc.These problems lead to the lack of strong reserve force for the development of the company's sales business.How to train new salesmen to be a salesman in real estate intermediary enterprises,so that they can skillfully apply sales skills to serve the enterprises efficiently,and create greater profits for the enterprises at the same time,is a problem that every real estate intermediary enterprise managers urgently need to solve.How to use this important means to enhance the core competitiveness of the company-training,has a vital practical significance for the future development of real estate intermediary enterprises.Under the guidance of training-related theory,this paper combines the information provided by Hebei Lianjia Real Estate Company and consults a large number of relevant documents,and comprehensively uses the methods of questionnaire and interview.First,it analyses the general situation of Hebei Lianjia Real Estate Company and the training status of new salesmen in detail.Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview results,the existing problems of the company's training system for newly recruited sales personnel are found.Based on the existing theoretical knowledge and research results,and according to the improvement principle of the training system,this thesis puts forward an improvement plan for the training system of new recruited salesmen,which conforms to the company's industry characteristics,development planning,sales objectives and employee career planning,and puts forward personality training and general training in the improvement design.Meanwhile,it also enriches the training methods and improves the training effect evaluation system.This thesis attempts to provide reference for the improvement of the training system of new recruits in Hebei Lianjia Real Estate Company,as well as for the construction of other new recruits in real estate intermediary industry.
