Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, the focus of competition in the industry has been more and more concentrated in the industry enterprises to "talent" resource competition. However, over the past two years the real estate industry is not Everything is going smoothly. Because the Chinese government has strengthened the macro-control of real estate industry efforts, coupled with the previous financial crisis on the world economy, China’s real estate industry is facing the survival and development of the hitherto unknown challenge. But for the real estate industry, it is also faced with the shortage of talent. In this environment, how can we have a high-quality, professional personnel becomes the key factor which decides the success or failure of the real estate enterprises. Throughout all stages of enterprise development, training plays a role can not be ignored, it is not only beneficial to cultivate professional personnel and the implementation of scientific and effective management of enterprises, but also conducive to the healthy development of the entire firm. Therefore, through training methods to promote enterprise development and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, has the extremely important practical significance for the future development of Shanxi in the real estate development company.By referring to many literatures and data, provide a more solid theoretical foundation for the research of this thesis. In addition, this paper makes a deep research and analysis of the existing training system in Shanxi and real estate development company, according to the problems put forward a new design scheme. Because of this study, in view of the Real Estate Company training system is so, for enterprises that has the similar demand can provide reference and reference significance.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:the first part describes the research background, research purpose and research methods; the second part summarizes the main training theory at home and abroad as well as the latest achievement in training in China; the third part analyzes the current situation of training system in Shanxi and real estate development company original; fourth part based on the results of the training system of Shanxi in the real estate development company of the original, and then design the company training system; the fifth part discusses the conditions needed for the implementation of the new training system and the necessary protection.
