A Study On The Measure And The Influential Factors Of Chongqing Producer Service Clusters

Regional agglomeration of producer services attracted a lot of studies, as it can cut the transaction costs, has the formation of regional resource sharing, regional brand effect and scale economy effect.In China, measure studies for the Midwest producer services agglomeration is less, most studies is about Beijing, Shanghai, and some other developed places. The studies on these developed places may not have very good reference significance in other provinces due to the regional differences. The growing economic model of Chongqing can provide certain reference significance to the development direction of economy undoubtedly, such as other parts of the Midwest.This paper takes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of the development of the agglomeration of Chongqing producer services. Through the literature review at home and abroad, to build a concept model of the influence factor of producer services cluster; measure the level of agglomeration of producer services in Chongqing with the Location Quotient method, and through the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of other cities, we get the current situation of Chongqing’s producer services; And analyzing the point factors that influence agglomeration level, of the whole and the representative productive service industry in Chongqing with the method of time series regression empirical; propose the policy suggestions on the development of producer services cluster in Chongqing accord to the analysis result.First, this paper describes the concept of industrial concentration, formation mechanism and measure, and discusses the connotation and classification of producer services, this paper expounds the research perspective of measurement and influencing factors of producer services agglomeration, provides certain theoretical basis for the analysis of influencing factors of producer services agglomeration measure of Chongqing.Second, discusses the six influence factors of producer services agglomeration, and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis based on the researchers of producer services agglomeration at home and abroad.Third, measuring the influencing factors of producer services cluster, and detail describe the main research methods and research data in this paper.Fourth, measure the level of agglomeration of producer services in Chongqing with the Location Quotient from the Angle of whole and divisions; and analyzing the key factors of agglomeration level, of the whole and the representative productive service industry in Chongqing with the method of time series regression empirical;Finally, get the research conclusions, and propose the policy suggestions to raise the development of the productive service industry cluster in Chongqing from the perspective of government and enterprise.
