China's Producer Services Cluster Is Calculated And The Influence Factors Analysis

In the global presenting the "industrial economy" to "service-orientedeconomy" transition trend, the service industry especially productive service industrydeveloped or not, is the measure of a country rich and strong degree, a cityprosperity degree of important yardstick. Service industry is an important part ofnational economy, accelerating the development of service industry has become thefocus of economic research and the consensus of the world. To speed up thedevelopment of service industry is a basic element of the economic structureadjustment. The development level of producer services is a comprehensivecompetitiveness and modernization in the level of the sign, to accelerate theindustrialization and urbanization is the important basis. In recent years, the partyand the government attaches great importance to the development of the serviceindustry, the State Council has issued relevant documents continuously to promotethe development of the service industry since2007.Agglomeration is accompanied by the city to enhance functional structure anddeveloped gradually, it can provide positive development of producer services ofexternalities, economy of scale and scope of the economic effect. The developmentof domestic and foreign advanced experience showed that the agglomeration ofproducer services is an important factor to promote the development of producerservice industry. Productive service industry agglomeration level dominate thedevelopment of city economy, deciding the economic prosperity of the city and itsinternational competitiveness. A large number of productive service industry clustersappear quickly, along with the development of modern service industry especiallyproducer service industry in the craze surges. However, China’s development ofproducer services is still on "the primary stage" at present, the promoting function ofagglomeration to producer services is weak, the production services should befurther enhanced in agglomeration on the space of the cluster.This article absorbs the domestic and foreign research achievements, carding the theory related with agglomeration of producer service industry first of all.In the understanding of China’s development of producer services China atpresent, based on the related indicators of the31provinces and municipalities in the"eleventh five-year plan" period, using measurement methods in industryagglomeration, calculate Chinese productive service industry agglomeration degreeby selecting two indexes of the location entropy and spatial Gini coefficient, soconclude the present situation and development trend of the producer services andrelated industries’ agglomeration.Based on this, select five influence factors to analysis China’s development ofthe productive service industry agglomeration, they are human resources,infrastructure, the level of market, government support and investment level.According to above analysis results, put forward development of countermeasures topromote our country producer service industry in the agglomeration. Finally, putforward to promote western area specific production service industry clusterdevelopment countermeasures, make Yunnan Province as a case study, combinedwith the current situation of Yunnan Province.
