Research On The Agglomeration And Influencing Factors Of Productive Service Industry In Beijing,tianjin And Hebei Region

In the critical period of China's economic restructuring and upgrading of industrial structure,the modern service industry has become the emphasis and the main driving force of China's economic development.Its position is increasingly important in the national economy.As the core of modern service industry,productive service industry has become an important force to promote economic development.With the further development of the economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the modern service industry,especially the productive service industry,will absorb a large amount of labor and make more contributions to economic development.The productive service industry is an intermediate industry linking the secondary industry and the tertiary industry which plays an important role in improving production efficiency and improving efficiency.Industrial agglomeration can bring positive externality,reduce costs by lessening transportation costs and knowledge spillovers,and promote the development of local industries.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the economic center of northern China.In 2015,promoting the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei has become a major national strategy.In this context,the promotion of the gathering of producer services has important practical significance for the economic growth and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper first analyzes the development of the service industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and then describes the overall development of the producer service industry by calculating the percentage of employees in the producer service industry account for in the service industry.Then we examined the current situation of the agglomeration of producer services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First of all,from the perspective of the overall perspective of the producer services industry,the agglomeration of producer services in different cities.The results show that Beijing,Shijiazhuang and Qinhuangdao have agglomeration advantages in the region.Secondly,from a regional perspective,the clustering of the sub-sectors of producer services was examined.The results show that Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Qinhuangdao,and Handan have amassed in transportation,warehousing,and postal services;Only Beijing has amassed in information transmission,software and information technology services.There has been agglomeration in the financial industry in Beijing,Qinhuangdao,Chengde,and Shijiazhuang;The leasing and business services industry have amassed only in Beijing;There is agglomeration in the industry the scientific research and technical services in Beijing,Tianjin,and Shijiazhuang.Finally,by calculating the space Gini coefficient,examining the level of agglomeration of various subdivided industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the industry level,and the resuts show that agglomeration of business and rental service industry and the science and technology service industry is the highest.At the same time,the trend of agglomeration of producer services and their subdivided industries is also described.This paper also analyzes and studies the influencing factors of the agglomeration of producer services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,puts forward hypotheses and establishes an empirical model to test and analyze them.The results show that knowledge-intensive,informatization,and the level of lagging production agglomeration in the producer service industry are positively related to the level of agglomeration,while the level of manufacturing agglomeration,government intervention,and the size of cities are negatively related to the level of agglomeration.Finally,based on the results of empirical tests,this paper proposes the following suggestions : increase investment in higher education,provide preferential personnel policies,formulate a unified information-based development strategy,improve the level of informationization,and conduct reasonable urban planning to achieve the optimal scale;rationally play the role of the government and guide the positive development of the industry.
