Qingdao’s geographical position is superior,the sea is rich in tourism resources,vigorously develop the marine tourism is the tourism development of Qingdao city and Qingdao city tourism transformation on one of the approaches to upgrading. But so far,the slow development of Qingdao marinetourism,marine tourism have been hovering at a low level,product level low,sea tourism project a single,marine tourism market confusion and other problems. Therefore,based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,in the enterprise management theory and economics theory,taking QDCT company as an example,through field researchand interview, analyzing the present situation of marine tourism project development of the enterprises and existing problems,and puts forward the concrete development strategy.Full text can be divided into five parts: The first part is the research on thebackground, significance and elaborate literature review. The second part is to introducethe concept of sea-related tourism, tourism planning discourse theory, SWOT analysis andPorter "five competitive forces model" theory. The third part is based on the Qingdao seatourism development on environmental analysis, SWOT analysis of the company’s offshoredevelopment environment QDCT tourism projects were analyzed. The fourth part ismainly the use of Potter "five competitive forces model" for QDCT’s marine tourismprojects competitive analysis, and pointed out the problems.
