Research On Economy Developmental Dynamic And Path Of New Urban District

In recent years, the development of new urban district has become a new way forurban spatial integration, industrial structure adjustment, and seeking new economicgrowth in all major cities at home and abroad. However, the development of new urbandistrict must stand in the rational point of view rather than blindly following, whichshould reasonably plan and fully excavate various driving dynamic of being able topromote the economic development of new urban district with considering the situationof its economic development, seeking for paths of being suitable for its owndevelopment.This paper aims to comb various theories relating to the development of new urbandistrict on the basis of the development of new urban district construction at home andabroad, especially the new district of national, and these theories are used to analyze thedriving force and paths of the development of new urban area. In the last, the SWOTmethod is used to analyze the external and internal environment of the new area ofLanzhou and the path suited the development of the Lanzhou new district is raised.Specific content as follows:In the paper, firstly, a large number of literatures involved the construction of newdistrict at home and abroad are reviewed, on this base; the driving dynamic promotingeconomic development of the new urban district is analyzed and concluded. At the sametime, analysis methods of mechanics theory and system science theory are applied toestablish the dynamic model of economic development of the new urban district.In this paper, according to different strategic positioning of new urban district, thenew urban district in our country is divided into three types of new district that aredived by industry, college culture and large public buildings respectively. Using theestablished dynamic model analyzes the driving force that will promote economicdevelopment of the three types of new urban district above, and the three pathsdeveloping the economy of new urban district are obtained.Finally, researching and analyzing were done on Lanzhou new district in this paper.The SWOT method is used to objectively analyze the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, threats that the Lanzhou new district is facing. Then applying theestablished dynamic model, puts forward the path of economic development and theBasic thought of prevention the badly path dependence, and these measures will contribute to accomplish Lanzhou four strategic targets including becoming theimportant economic growth pole in the northwest region, the base of national importantindustrial, the important strategic platform to open to the west, and undertakingindustrial transfer demonstration area.
