Analysis And Management On Enterprise Human Capital Investment Risk

In the knowledge economy era, land, capital, labor and talent are very important to thedevelopment of enterprises, while the role of human resources is not substituted by otherproduction factors. More and more enterprises have been realized that human resources isthe key factor for enterprises to win in the fierce market competition,therefore hey try theirbest to increase human capital investment, improve the benefit of human capital forenterprise’s development. However, because of the variable external investmentenvironment, the internal enterprise management system and the employee’s ownsubjective and objective factors, the human capital investment has greater uncertainty andrisk than other investment. How to reduce or avoid the risk of human capital investment,improve the income of human capital investment is the focus and difficulty of the humanresource management.In recent years, internal experts and scholars make mangy research and discussionon human capital investment risk and get some achievement. These results not only enrichthe theory and practice of human capital investment risk management, and guideenterprises how to avoid the risk of human capital investment. However, because of ourimmature country’s human capital market and the serious brain drain,compared with othercountries,our research on the risk of human capital investment is still relatively weak, suchas the research on preventive measures of risk.This paper based on the research status at home and overseas, from the angle of risk,using the research methods of risk management in order to probe into enterprise humancapital investment risk.It puts forward the effective ways to avoid risks effectively toprovides a theoretical reference and method for enterprise human capital investmentdecision-making reference to analyze the characteristics and cause of enterprise humancapital investment risk.
