Research On Flexible Maintenance System Of Power Generation Equipment Based On Modularization

In the economic globalization and rapid technological change and product life cycle shorten the duration for the characteristics of the market environments. Enterprises need to meet the "complexity" and "uncertainty" dual challenge. The traditional rigid strategy has been difficult to adapt to rapidly changing market environment. How to quickly response to unpredictable threat or opportunity, how to increase flexible of the enterprise’s ability to adapt and management, how to adapt changes and use changes even make changes to improve competitiveness? It has become a important and urgently hot topic in the field of power production enterprises.The traditional planned maintenance management system and implementation of the power plant model cannot meet the needs of the reality. It exist maintenance deficiencies, maintenance surplus, maintenance blindly, and many other problems. It has seriously limited the maintenance management of the development and innovation of technology. How to make complex things simple and according to equipment status, operation mode, the environment requires the flexibility to choose maintenance time, maintenance content of the project, scientifically formulated maintenance management strategy, is the main content that we discuss and research in this paper.This paper in order to power generation equipment maintenance management system as the research object, aimed at the existing problems in the technology and management. From the perspective of Modularity technology and flexible management methods, we research power equipment maintenance management complexity and flexibility.In this paper, through the literature review, theoretical analysis, comparative analysis and case empirical analysis and other scientific research methods, the paper established to solve complex system of modularization theory. Based on the case of a company’s maintenance management system, it has set up flexible management system which solves the complexity and uncertainty of the maintenance management system solutions. It verify that:(1) The flexible maintenance management system based on modularization can maximize the use of maintenance resources, shared data maintenance, saving maintenance time, effectively reduce the maintenance cost and improve the efficiency of the maintenance.(2) Under the dynamic environment, flexible maintenance management system can provide timely and accurate decision for the enterprise, to adapt to the environment, adapt to change, the active use of the environment, even making changes to improve their core competitiveness. Through the establishment of flexible management systems, equipment maintenance management system provide the technical support of improved model, design process optimization of the top-level and value creation, promote the maintenance management system from experience to science.
