Research On Construction Management And Control Model Of Group Informationization Projects

With the rapid development of Internet and information communication technology, the information system, which has significant advantages in many aspects like data collection, information management, process specification, automation and intelligent decision-making, plays an increasingly important role in the production and management of the enterprise group. With the continued ascension of enterprise group’s management ability, the informationization project construction work will become more, larger and increasingly complex at each year. Compared with other types of projects, the information technology construction at home and abroad is generally lower. It is because that the demand is difficult to determine, the quality is difficult to manage, the progress is difficult to control and the effect is hard to quantify. Meanwhile, when the informatization project construction process gradually evolves from a single management to multi-progressive interpretation in group, the bigger challenge will be faced at the aspect of collaborative management and management content. How to effectively control group informationization project construction, coordinate the organizing unit and enhance the effectiveness of information technology projects has become the typical problems which faced by many company’s information management department.The research contents the theory of informatization project construction control mode, including the enterprises group, control mode, the management, IT governance, project management, etc. It focuses on how to control content of the Group’s information management department for different information technology projects. Among them, at the aspect of management responsibilities, it demonstrates the different types of group informationization project organization way and uses the theory of collaborative management to analyze group informationization project construction responsibility division of labor and cooperation; On the control content, it is according the IT governance and informationization project management theory to analyze the control content of the group information management department, then combined with different modes of group control to research the specific control content which generated in the process of various informatization construction projects by the group’s information management department.Based on the above analysis, combined with practical experience of the author in the Group’s information technology project construction process, it forms the informationization project construction control mode of the group of information management department, and shows a detailed description of what to manage, how deep tube and how to do. In theory, this paper analyses the in theory of the group informationization project construction in multi-dimension, such as control mode, IT governance, project management and coordination management theory, which forms the control mode which is suitable for the group of information management department. Group information management department can use the research results in this paper, with the joint situation of the group to form the control mode of each project. It will help to quickly and efficiently build a more comprehensive, more scientific information technology project management and control system. Thereby it helps the Group’s information technology projects be more manageable, makes information technology played a better role in supporting the project, effectively improves the group’s social and economic benefits at the end.
