Research On Management Of Information Engineering Project Group Of SH Group

As information is promoted to the height of national development,accelerating the construction of information is not a matter of business operation and management,but also an important strategic arrangement at the national level.Many large enterprises in China have implemented information construction successively.Due to the large scale of enterprises,most of them are managed by project group management.But in the past cases of project and project group construction,after the successful delivery but not really running,not reaching the information construction expected target situation,the results of information construction not only do not really serve the enterprise operation,but also increase the workload of daily business,resulting in huge waste of resources.This paper takes SH Group information project group construction as an example,and combines the problems and solutions in the later period of the project group construction.Through the good data quality control and the construction of a good operation and maintenance system,the project group construction results can not be effectively applied to the problem of enterprise operation.This paper mainly studies the problem of constructing the data quality control system and operation and maintenance system at the group level of the information project,so as to ensure the information construction goal of the construction party(owner).This article will first pass the personal participation of the construction management of the SH Group information project group,and interview the relevant personnel of the information project group management at all levels,and make clear the problems facing the later stage of the project group construction:the data quality has not reached the project construction requirements and the project group level operation and maintenance system.Then through the concrete analysis of the problem and the actual situation of the SH information project group construction,we establish the data quality control system based on the PDCA cycle theory and the construction of the operation and maintenance system based on the ITIL theory.Next,this paper will use the PDCA cycle theory,from the planning,implementation,inspection,feedback four links in detail to build the project group level data quality control system,and then through the ERP-HR project detailed implementation of the implementation of the system.Then,using the ITIL operation and maintenance system construction theory and designing the design idea of the operation and maintenance system,the operation and maintenance system of the project group level is constructed in detail,and the implementation of the construction of the system is explained through the detailed landing of the ERP-HR project.Finally,we summarize the achievements achieved in the system construction and draw the conclusion.In this research,the theory of PDCA cycle quality control and the theory of ITIL operation and maintenance system are applied to the construction of data quality control system and operation and maintenance system of SH information project group,and we hope to strengthen the application of the theory in the actual project.At the same time,it also hopes to help the construction party(owner)of large enterprises to solve the construction of information project group or project,the construction results can not be a good service for the enterprise operation.
