| Currently, China lies in the transitional period of electricity market reform due to the requirement for the self-development of power supply enterprise and national increasing reinforcement to the supervision on power system which lead to the growing importance of the power marketing service in power supply enterprise. Presently it is rather simple for the marketing service model in the national power supply enterprises. And management innovation and marketing service levels still lie in a lower level, which brings obstacles to the development of power supply enterprise. In addition, it is important to improve the service and management level to realize the greatest interest in the marketing services, but the risk will be taken more seriously in the process of achieving this goal.This study mainly summarizes the control strategy and method for the risk in the power marketing service by using theoretical analysis and empirical specific case, firstly introduced basic theoretical knowledge about risk management theory, management steps, the basic control strategies and the risk management of power marketing services. And subsequently the paper from the whole process of power marketing service made a detailed analysis of the main risks in enterprise service, the industry expanding, metering device management, fee taking, fault repairing, stopping conveying management, electricity checking and95598hotline service. It is difficult to identify the risk points of supply marketing services. By applying the factor analysis method, it is found that the risks of the marketing services in power supply enterprise are mainly caused by the process factor, personnel factor, system factor and external factor. Then according to the main strategic risk control, the risk factors and the identified risk points have been discussed. Finally, the strategies are found out to tackle the risks, improve the internal and external environment of the power supply marketing services and promote the sustainable development in power supply enterprise. and puts forward the thought of establishing risk control system to provide some suggestions for the better marketing service in power supply enterprises. |
