Perspective Division Of Surplus Labor And Impact Studies

The judgment of surplus laborers is meaningful to recognize urban and ruraldevelopment,but it was a contentious issue.This paper study surplus rural laborersfrom the perspective of labor specialization.a rural labor is surplus or not is the resultof occupational choice,it is the result of labor,s maximization in the subjective andobjective constraints.many theorists think surplus rural laborers are homogeneous,butthis assume does not accord with reality.this paper think the laborers areheterogeneous. This paper not only analyses the labor,s production but also hisconsumption. Because those two factors influence his occupational choice. In theperspective of consumption the utility of family should been analyzed, because thisfactor influence occupational choice.after analysis and warrant,the conclusion is rurallaborers have became divided. There are no enough support to optimistic to thequantity of surplus rural laborers in china. This condition must influence in urban andrural development, the old development model must been adjusted.The main contribution of this paper:fist,this paper analyses surplus laborers inthe perspective of labor specialization. second,this paper analyses laborersheterogeneous with maximization paradigm. Third, this paper infer the influences ofthis condition on urban and rural development.
