Based on the classical theories and models of labor mobility and transfer, this paper analyzes the current situation of China rural labor migration and influence factors, such as individual characteristics, household characteristics and regional characteristics. Using Probit model regression we find that:In the regression of all samples, personal characteristics, family characteristics are the important factors.of rural labor transfer. The income, sex, age, educational level, health status have significant effects on the labor migration. While marital status, number of the old and children in the family, family farmland per capita don't have significant impact. The development of Regional economic is conducive to the labor transfer.The regression of younger generation sample has a different result with the all-sample regression. Younger generation has many different characteristics, and has a very strong migration intention.The regression of female sample show that:family characteristics have significantly influence on rural women.A woman whose spouse is in non-agricultural sectors has more opportunities to migrate.
