| In recent years, the island tourism in our country developed so quickly that thebiological environment has been badly damaged. Unfortunately, the political systemwhich can adjust the development of island tour resource as well as protect theenvironment hasn’t been established yet and the damage which is caused by islandtour cannot be made up.Thus leading to the problem of island’ s biologicalenvironment becomes worse.The party’s18Third Plenary Session of the report andeighteen put forward "to reflect the establishment of ecological values andintergenerational compensation system of paid use of resources and ecologicalcompensation system for." Report also highlighted, fragile island ecosystems,environmental carrying capacity low, shortage of land resources, fresh water supply,development and construction of the island’s ecological civilization must be placed ina prominent position. Therefore, in order to further promote the construction ofecological civilization island, adjusting interest tourism development and ecologicalprotection of the island between the good island to island tourism development toestablish ecological compensation mechanism, which is an effective way to promotethe ecological balance of the island, and promote the development of tourism.This article following the " philosophical thinking of "what, why, how".
