With the continuous economic development and social progress, Human resources are placed numerous resources to promote economic development in the first place. Through the redistribution of resources after the consolidation, they can maximize their effectivenes at the right time or the appropriate space.Construction project management practice has been continuously developing, but does not match with its development, the level of the industry practitioners is low, the lack of basic professional knowledge,they can only o provide physical support in the project, almost impossible to participate in the supervision management of the project. So the human resources subject of the project is in urgent need of attention. At the same time, the related human resource allocation mechanism and matching incentives and training system also need to be established, to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources, so as to play an important role of human resource in project management more effectively.Some theory and method about the project management, human resource management, project human resources allocation management are discussed systematically in this text,and a targeted select example is in-depth and detailed analysised. Based on this, puts forward the importance of human resources in the project management process. The essence of project human resource allocation management is putting the right person at the right place to do right things through the operating of the project, but not deviate from the project goals, affect the project schedule and ignore the change of internal and external environment, etc., and then take from internal recruitment or from external market recruitment methods such as who, for a project necessary, using scientific management methods, to obtain the staffing to the appropriate post, promote the personnel with the project team to fully mix, the promotion of the overall business level of team, to achieve project goals together. This text is putting hotel construction project as the background, analysising allocation of the project human resource management situation,and putting forward its opinion in view of the problems found and countermeasures combining with the hotel management thinking, combining theoretical research and engineering practice.Due to the increasingly importance of the human resource,any project,enterprise should allocate its human resources starting from the actual situation of its for scientific and reasonable in the construction engineering project management, actively build human resource allocation system. The research conclusion of this text is worthy of reference for related projects, enterprises, at the same time, for the human resource allocation management of construction project.
