ABSTRACT:With the current market competitive increasingly, knowledge-based staff as a key factor for the competition of enterprises Play an increasingly important role, how to combine the characteristics of knowledge workers and the actual situation of enterprises by formulating the related incentives and improve incentives to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of their work, to improve team cohesion and work performance, to promote knowledge workers and the enterprises common development, which make enterprise human resource management cannot ignore, and managers the primary consideration to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper carries out a study on the incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees in A Company. The software engineer of Company A loss is higher in recent years, the company’s main problem, which not only impeded its business development also caused negative effects on enthusiasm of the retained employees. How to inspire work enthusiasm of the knowledge-based staff has become the key question confronting the company.Based on the traditional theory of motivation and knowledge-based employee incentive theory, integrated use of structured interviews, literature research, business observation, analysis typical examples methods to collect information, combined with the actual situation of the Company A, to explore ways to improve the current incentive model, improve employee motivation and cohesion with enterprise resource conditions. Firstly this paper describes the thesis topic background and the study significance, combed the theory of knowledge-based employees and incentive theory._Secondly analysis of the current status of Company A and come the reasons for the unsatisfactory result in Company A incentive effects.Thirdly, explore Company A’s human resources current situation and knowledge workers incentives, to solve several aspects incentive problems such as compensation management, training development,performance incentive and career management incentive of Company A. Finally Company A solution implementation note proposes to pay attention to the implementation of principle adhere incentives to improve and establish an incentive feedback mechanism to ensure the advancement of the knowledge-based employee motivation levels.
