Knowledge workers have their uniqueness, in the enterprise, they have animportant role to the enterprise competitive advantage, the HC group’s incentivemethod to knowledge workers appeared a very serious problem, knowledgeworkers’s work enthusiasm is not high, the knowledge workers’s turnoverphenomenon is very serious. Knowledge workers low motivation and highturnover rate, on the one hand, cause the loss of HC group knowledge, raise thegroup’s human resources management cost,and weaken the competitiveness ofthe group; On the other hand, the loss of knowledge workers join rivalcompanies,that has trained a lot of competitors for oneself, causes the leakage ofthe core technology and the loss of customers. So, exploreing the HC groupknowledge workers incentive problems, and putting forward somecountermeasures are the main problems for the HC group’s survival and growth.First of all, this paper introduces HC group, then defines the four types ofHC group knowledge workers. Based on introducing the present incentivesituation of HC group knowledge workers, with247valid questionnaires, thispaper analyses the existing main problems of incentive mechanism of HC groupknowledge workers. Then through semi-structured interview with42respondents,this paper determines the reasons of incentive problems of HC group knowledgeworkers, and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems forspecific reasons. Finally, this paper proposes targeted five implementationstrategies and three security measures, so as to solve the existing main problemsof incentive mechanism of HC group knowledge workers.The conclusion of the paper includes four aspects:(1) the HC group existsfour problems in the incentive method to knowledge workers, they are the lack ofpromotion space, lack of fairness, lack of work challenging and lack of socialsupport.(2) this paper illustrates the causes of four problems existing in theincentive method to HC group knowledge workers and proposes countermeasures.(3) To solve HC group incentive problems, it should aim at the actual situation ofthe group to begin from the recruitment process, training, performancemanagement, compensation management system and employee relation management.(4) the HC group solves the problem of knowledge workersincentive problems,it needs to guarantee three aspects, transforming attitude andmanagement ideas to knowledge workers, using strategic human resou rcemanagement ideas and systems, and fostering cooperative organization cultureThis papers researches a private manufacturing enterprises knowledgeworkers incentive problems. This is now an important supplement for other paperbased on large state-owned enterprises or research and development institutions.Future research needs to be large sample survey, expand the object of study froma company to companies, to find out the common rule.
