After30years reform and opening, China’s economy developed rapidly and national income increased quickly, more and more people like travel. Hotel is one of the most important industy as torism, its status and supply level directly affect and restrict the tourism industry. This thesis regards as Shangsi County as a independent market, take the hotel market’s supply and demand and the development strategies as the research subjects, following the method of ’discover problems-study problems-solve problems’, by analyzing the current development situation and environment of Guangxi Pro vice and Shangsi County’s tourism, comes to the conclusion that there will be a trend for Guangxi Provice and Shangsi County’s tourism to expand its scale and promote its industry status to the next level, and take Shangsi County’s tourism main statistical indicators from2008to2012as the main evidence, utilizes the Simple Linear Regression Model technique to predict the tourist number of Shangsi County from2013to2020, and eventually deduces the scale of Shangsi County’s hotel market’s supply and demand. Then compares these with Shangsi County’s hotel market’s supply condition and the feature of customers market, and discovers the quantity supply imbalance, quality supply imbalance and time-space arrangement imbalance and other problems and contradictions in the Shangsi County’s hotel industry. So aiming at these problems and contradictions, in order to fullfill the demand of hotel market in2013to2020and promote healthy development of Shangsi County’s hotel industry, the government should optimize the macro environment, improve the basic public service facilities, and properly regulate the development of hotel industry. Hotel industry should be more self-discipline and more collaboration with each others, and pay more attention to the effect of industry association. Meanwhile, hotel enterprise should change their develope concepts, improve management level, improve payment method, pay more attention to promote brand, build the enterprise culture and strengthen the talent team building.
