The Research On Financing Strategy Of Nanning Constant Project Area

Nanning Municipal City Hall proposed to Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone in2013(hereinafter referred to as:the open area) planning and construction of a biomedical industry park, in recent years there have been6large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises in the District, these enterprises will start on the open area economic development have an important impact. Enterprises in the open area of the project covers an area of relatively large scale of investment, infrastructure construction and equipment of the project purchasing cost is very large, leading to demand for funds will be very large enterprises, enterprises urgently need to solve the problem of financing.But the enterprise will encounter various difficulties in the financing process. Both internal factors of enterprise financing, there are external factors. To solve the financing problem of enterprises, enterprises should strengthen the management and improve the credit level, need more innovation financial sector and the development of government more financial service field, in the policies and regulations to give more support.This paper is mainly through the open area by the pharmaceutical industry park in the existing6large pharmaceutical enterprises in the new project in the process of building the financing difficult problem of research, analysis the overall situation of the6enterprises, analyses the problem that the enterprise exists, the empirical research on factors of enterprise financing, analyzes the problems in the enterprises the causes, put forward to solve the financing problem of the opinions and suggestions.
