Since2003,China started to develop the LED lighting industry and putted forward"State semiconductor lighting project" and the11th Five-Year special plan of "Industrialization of semiconductor lighting technology development" to help improve the Industry scale and technical level.Meanwhile,planing "ten city lights" and establish semiconductor lighting base to promote regional LED semiconductor lighting applications.During10years’ development,within the rapid development of economy and strongly promoted the energy saving policy,China became the most growth potential of energy-saving lighting market.It is estimated that the size of the market will be entering the high speed growth in the next a few years.These make the China regional lighting manufacturers grow up,especially the LED lighting industry. Within the local government’s promotion and big enterprises’ investment,has formed the height competition of the collectivized regional.LY company’s LED lightings is main for export.European market is the most important market.and take up80%of the export amount.So,the article will mainly research on LY company’s European market.Though overseas market as LY company’s main market,also,now the domestic market developed so well.Face the competition of high-speed growth;face the customers’rational and normative purchase;face the products with serious homogeneous feature, dominated by products of the marketing mode of traditional industrial products become the bottleneck of enterprise growth.How to make the focus of strategy turn to marketing, looking for marketing innovation and breakthrough also as the urgent problem to be solved at present for the top management in LY company. In order to develop domestic and foreign markets better.LY company realized the marketing solution which combining with the characteristics of industrial products marketing and customer needs to develop solutions are more and more applicabile.The article will try to make the innovated research of marketing solution based on LY company’s LED lightings.At the beginning,the article introduced LY company’s main lightings and their features,then mainly introduced the European market development situation and the problem,and next put forward a new marketing idea-marketing solution based on these problems.Make the analysis of LY company ’s market environment, analyze the European market demand factors,eg:macro environment,consumer behavior,etc.With a view to find the factors which influenced LED lightings,so that could make the deep analysis of lightings market development and future development.Meanwhile,make analysis of the consumer behavior and the STP strategy is proposed.In chapter5,mainly Analyzed solution process based on the4R theory,also has carried on the comb to these processes. In chapter6,according to these process,combined with LY company’s real situation, make the solution of marketing strategy.In the last chapter of the article,added some relevant security measures for the solution marketing implementation.
