Facing complex market environment and fierce competition in the market, it is important to make the right business development strategy and strengthen strategic management. First of all, summarizes the related research status of strategic management training institutions at home and abroad, this paper expounds the relevant theories of strategic management and research tools; Then analyze the QF company’s management training industry, find out the present stage of the main problems in the management training domestic enterprises generally; Next, The focus on QF company’s basic situation, from the macro environment, industry environment, analysis the external opportunities and threats faced by companies, analyzing the external opportunities and threats facing the company, start by analyzing the company’s internal resources from the environment, and the company’s own analysis of the problems. This part of the analysis provide a reliable basis for reality for the development of QF company’s development strategy; Then on the basis of above analysis, the use of IFE matrix, EFE matrix, such as related strategic analysis tools, to develop a QF the development strategy of the company; Finally, around the implementation of the strategy, combined with the existing problems as well as problems in the future QF company may face, put forward the corresponding measures for improvement of macro regulation and the enterprises themselves from two aspects, draw final conclusions, to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.The results of the thesis has strong operability for QF company, I also hope that through this study, can have a similar strategic management training troubled enterprises, especially small and medium enterprise management training to provide a reference.
