Ltd. is a solely state-owned company approved by the Kunming Municipal People’s government was established, the scope of business for the government of municipal Road, highway traffic, Dianchi governance and city sewage treatment municipal infrastructure facilities and affordable housing, schools, hospitals and other investment project construction management work.This paper studies on the development strategy of X construction management company. First of all, the use of PEST analysis and the Potter five forces model of the exterior environment influence on X of state-owned constructionmanagement company analysis; secondly, through the four aspects of X construction management company, management status, human resource, technology innovation, a detailed analysis of the internal resources and capability of the company; furthermore, based on the external opportunities and threat of X construction management company, the existence of the internal strengths and weaknesses, the analysis using the SWOT matrix, obtained the company’s strategic choice.
