In the era of VUCA,traditional management is no longer enough to support the development and reform of enterprises.Enterprises begin to adapt to changes with learning,which also changes from individual learning to team and organizational learning.Same for lasting business enterprise,personal heroism era has become history,now is the age of the team collective wisdom,is to rely on a strong team to do well.In order to meet the era of rapid change and employees' learning demands,more to students as the main body in the learning,students' initiative and creativity into full play,all the students learn from each other,to explore,create the collective wisdom,used for the enterprise management training industry arises at the historic moment,presented the unprecedented good situation,attracted more and more companies in them.At present,domestic enterprise management training market has obvious homogeneous competition phenomenon,and products are similar.From the perspective of customers,the most important problem is that customers' needs are not satisfied.From the perspective of management training providers,the main problem is that there is no suitable development strategy.The management training industry since the promulgation of the law and policy guide are moving into the adjustment and management training institutions of various types according to customer demand will choose and implement suitable development strategy about the survival and healthy development of the industry,to solve the problem,also can solve part of the current our country employment structure high quality job employment difficult question.The research object of this paper is SJ private training company in the initial stage.This paper uses the strategy analysis method to study the strategy of the private enterprises,trying to find a suitable strategy development path for the domestic private management companies,and at the same time to provide reference for the research on the strategic development of the following enterprises.In the process of research,GPEST model and porter's five forces model are firstly used to analyze the macro environment and training industry environment of SJ company.Secondly,internal environment such as human resources,products and core competitiveness is also analyzed.Then SWOT matrix and BCG matrix analysis were carried out according to the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages obtained from the analysis of internal and external environment,and it was found that the start-up private training company should identify the market gap and focus on its own advantages,that is,choose the "vertical integration strategy ".Finally,the key issues of strategy implementation of SJ company are proposed from three aspects of strategic cooperation,lecturer development and customized service,so as to provide reference for the development of domestic training industry.
