Food Security is the most important task in managing a country.N Company is a wholly state-owned enterprise managed by the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of F city.On the one hand,the leadership of N Company hopes that N Company will bid on the advanced grain and oil enterprises in the country.On the other hand,N Company also has to declare the "4A"-level grain depot in Guangdong Province.The "4A"-level grain depot has relatively strict requirements for the staff and workers,there are higher requirements for employees' academic qualifications,professional titles,professional certificates and operational skills.The current employees' academic qualifications and certificates are far from reaching the standard of the "4A"-level grain depot,moreover,the Grain Reserve Business of N Company will mainly focus on newly established branches in the future,while most of the employees of the branches have been newly recruited in the past two years,and their professional qualities are relatively low,further increasing the difficulty of applying for the "4A" grade grain depot in Guangdong Province,in 1-2 years,how to improve the staff's education and professional skills training is an urgent problem.Through studying the present situation of training management in N Company,this paper finds that there are many problems in the training work of N Company at present,optimizing the training management of N Company,improving the whole ability level of the employees,and reaching the standard of "4a" level grain depot,better promote the healthy development of grain reserve enterprises.Guided by the theory of training management,this study analyzes the current situation of Staff Training Management in n company by using the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,such as literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,it is found that the main problems existing in the process of Staff Training in N Company are:(1)lack of sufficient attention to training management;(2)superficial analysis of training needs;(3)Unscientific Training Plan;(4)unreasonable evaluation of training effect;(5)insufficient allocation of training resources.Based on the shortage of training management in N Company,this research improves the original training management of N Company,and designs a set of countermeasures for the Training Management of N Company,to improve the problems existing in the training management of N Company,promote the promotion of the management efficiency of N Company:(1)strengthen the attention to the training management;(2)Carry Out in-depth Training Needs Analysis;(3)Make Training Plan Scientifically;(4)strengthening the assessment and evaluation of training management;(5)strengthening the resource guarantee of training management.The author hopes to explore a set of ideas and methods suitable for the training management of N Company from the perspective of combining theory with practice by studying the existing problems and countermeasures of the Training Management of N Company,thus promoting the standardization of N Company's training management,promoting the effective cultivation of n company's core competitiveness,and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise,at the same time,it is hoped to provide useful reference and reference for the research of training management of other grain enterprises or similar state-owned enterprises.
