With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to maintain their core competitiveness all the time in the market, enterprises must not just rely on the leadership of several people, which has been unable to meet the needs of new business development background. Therefore, enterprises,which want to absorb the new vitality and the vigor, must make the best of their advantages in human resources, stimulate the enthusiasm of their employees to make full use of their knowledge and skills and their potential leadership. As the traditional management of team or department has failed to meet the expectations of the enterprise knowledge workers, shared leadership increasingly attractes attention of scholars, and business practices in shared leadership is also gradually applied. Based on this situation, this paper uses the empirical research method to analysis the relation between Shared Leadership (SL) and Organizational Commitment (OC) of knowledge workers.The research findings, will enrich the content of this field.Firstly, based on the review of Shared Leadership and Organizational Commitment, combined with the findings in this field at home and abroad,this paper build a research model and pu forward research hypothesis.Secondly, refer to the mature questionnaire inverted by domestic scholars, a formal questionnaire was been developed after the questionnaire preparation, testing and revision. Use the statistical software SPSS19.0to process and analysis the data collected by questionnaire survey. In this process, in order to examine the science and feasibility of the research model, the Validity analysis and Reliability analysis were been conducted.After that,use Independent Samples T Test and ANOVA Analysis to explore the deferences of the different individual and organizational characteristics(sex,age,marriage,education,work experience,position, nature of enterprise)on SL and its dime,nsions. The deferences of the different individual and organizational characteristics on OC and its dimensions were explored by the same method. On the basis of the analysis above,correlation analysis was conducted to reveal the correlation between SL and OC of knowledge.Regression Analysis was used to reveal the influence and prediction of SL and its dimensions on OC and its dimensions of knowledge workers. Then disscuss and verify the hypothesis.Finally, we summarize the conclusions of this study:a research model on the relationship between SL and OC of knowledge workers was established under the Chinese cultural context:different individual and organizational characteristics (sex,age,marriage,education,work experience,position, nature of enterprise) on SL and its dimensions are differences just as OC of knowledge workers; SL and OC of knowledge workers are positively related:the correlation between part dimensions of SL and partdimensions of OC of knowledge workers is significantly positive.
