Research On Organization Structure Design For A High-tech Company In China

The background for this paper is how a foreign high-tech company responds to the challenges of the business decline for the whole industry,constant and fast changing of customer demands,globalized competition environment,rapid update of scientific technology,and so on.To cope with various challenges,the company timely adjusts its strategy and business goals.Organization Structure design as an important organization capability,how to help the company attain its' strategic objectives and improve the operational performance.This article begins with the organization and organization struction design theory study,further indicates how the factors such as stratrgy,environment,organization life cycle,affect the organization structure design.All these forms the theory base for this article.And this article uses the case study of a high-tech company to illustrate how the organization structure design theory help the company optimize its' internal management,enhance the resource utilization efficiency,and eventually help the company attain its' strategic objectives.The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how the organization structure design as an important organization capability helps the company effectively achieve the strategic objectives,by using the theory combining with case study approach,with intention to provide relevant professional and management personnel with some reference.
